Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience sourcing and building pipelines for high-growth software/tech.
• Comfort with AI-powered recruiting tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and engage technical talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, events, and referrals.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends.
