NEXPERA is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership roles, and to support strategic talent development across the organization.

The role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, and development programs to build scalable talent pipelines and align workforce strategies with business objectives. Hybrid, office-based environment with travel as needed.

• Strong sourcing and networking skills with workforce planning experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, executive, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with managers to create profiles and sourcing plans.
• Build candidate pipelines and manage candidate experience from intake to offer.
• Coordinate onboarding and background checks while ensuring compliance.
• Support development programs and succession planning initiatives.
• Conduct site visits and HR projects to improve processes.
