Job summary

Nexamp, a leader in clean energy, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape Nexamp's long-term talent capabilities and partner with senior leaders and the People team. The role is hybrid from our Chicago, IL or Boston, MA offices, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

You will drive end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles, refine job definitions, and lead structured interview processes while partnering with leaders to strengthen workforce planning and decision

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR partners to shape hiring strategies.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse, including scorecards and reporting.
• Ability to diagnose issues using recruiting data and market insights.
• Experience designing competency-based interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact, hard-to-fill roles.
• Translate business strategy into talent and hiring plans.
• Develop role definitions, job descriptions and success metrics.
• Create compelling talent messaging to strengthen Nexamp's employer brand.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and bias reduction.
• Build diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
