Job summary

Nexamp, a Boston-based leader in clean energy, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build long-term talent capabilities. You’ll partner with senior leaders and the People team to plan workforce needs, source strategically, and deliver high-quality outcomes for candidates and hiring managers.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting for hard-to-fill roles, shaping role definitions and interview processes, while driving inclusive, data-driven hiring practices across Nexamp’s growing teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic or high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and People/HR Partners to shape hiring strategies.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, including requisition setup, interview plans, and reporting.
• Ability to use data and market insights to diagnose issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and People team to translate business strategy into hiring plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles from intake to offer.
• Refine role definitions and job descriptions with clear scope and outcomes.
• Translate Nexamp’s mission and culture into compelling talent messaging and outreach.
• Design structured interview processes and coach interviewers to reduce bias.
• Train managers on best practices, inclusive interviewing, and scorecard use.
• Build diverse pipelines through targeted sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Use data and market trends to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
