Brightpoint seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience. The role supports workforce planning, sourcing, and onboarding within a hybrid Chicago-area setting.

You will build talent pipelines for program, corporate, and mission-critical roles, leveraging networks and partnerships to attract diverse talent and improve hiring outcomes. Brightpoint offers leadership development and mortgage-backed benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of Human Resources experience; talent management experience required.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce and/or program participants.
• Knowledge of HR administration, policies, practices, and local and federal laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; UKG preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Owns full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies for various positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Screens and assesses candidates; partners with managers for informed hiring decisions.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines through campus recruiting and partnerships.
• Represents Brightpoint at career fairs and events to strengthen employer visibility.
• Maintains recruitment data and uses metrics to improve outcomes and candidate experience.
