Job summary

ABB is seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join the US Talent Acquisition team in support of the Process Automation divisions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers, and provide market insights to improve sourcing and candidate experience.

The role is hybrid, reports to the US Talent Acquisition Team Lead, and requires 5+ years of experience in global HR or RPO settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 5+ years of HR experience in a global org or RPO.
• 5+ years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting and offer/close phases.
• Strong use of digital and social media for sourcing and branding.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with HR leaders to resolve pipeline and candidate experience issues.
• Use recruitment systems to source, engage, and track candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment programs and employer branding initiatives.
