Alter Domus in the United States is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 4–6 month fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across North America, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver a high-quality experience.

Reporting to the Direct Business TA Lead, you will design sourcing strategies, build pipelines for critical roles, and ensure compliant posting and onboarding in a hybrid US environment.

Formación

• Significant experience in a senior in-house or agency recruitment role.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, candidate assessment methods and selection best practice.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial judgement with discretion and confidentiality.
• Organisational and prioritisation skills across concurrent workstreams.
• Experience using an ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Familiarity with US employment law as it relates to recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for North America, building effective relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US-based roles, including hiring plans and process governance.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Maintain consistent communication routines with hiring managers to deliver a candidate-centered recruitment experience.
• Advise business leaders on talent attraction strategies and effective use of available recruitment resources.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data and reporting metrics within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure all open positions are posted to internal and external channels accurately and in a timely manner.
• Draft and edit job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with approved standards.
• Partner with HR colleagues to support the smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to team projects and key recruitment initiatives as directed.
