Jobot is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts and build high-performing teams across the U.S. and Canada.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience. You will actively source passive and active talent, push back on misaligned expectations, and partner with HR on branding and recruitment marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including technology or software recruiting.
• Strong analytics skills to inform talent decisions and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to push back on hiring managers when market conditions require it.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates across multiple channels.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Lead interview processes and coordinate feedback with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Utilize talent analytics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Support onboarding for exempt and non-exempt staff.
