Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse U.S. business units. You will source, screen, and hire best-in-class talent while partnering with hiring managers and the business to shape Alfa Laval’s future.

This hybrid role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and may involve employer branding initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvements. Occasional travel to support recruiting across the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment software, and social media platforms; Workday a plus.
• Experience in college recruitment and campus partnerships.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers on business needs and define criteria for ideal hires.
• Create compelling job postings and promote openings through social media and channels.
• Source, attract and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels.
• Disposition candidates in ATS per OFCCP guidelines.
• Provide guidance during the interview process and act as main point-of-contact for applicants.
• Set clear timeline expectations with candidates and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer extension process and obtain internal approvals.
• Leverage data to improve hiring processes and recruitment technologies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and labor market dynamics.
