ABB is seeking a Talent & Learning Partner for Electrification US to shape leadership development across five divisions and 8,000+ employees. You will partner with divisional HR leaders to translate global strategy into US-specific actions, spanning the full talent lifecycle from early talent through senior succession.

You will lead the US-level leadership development, drive succession health metrics, and design scalable programs, with preference for near Cary, NC for hybrid work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR, Talent Mgmt, L&D, or PM experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement programs in a complex org.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Shape talent and leadership development for ABB Electrification across the US.
• Partner with US EL HR leaders and HRBPs to design scalable programs.
• Lead end-to-end leadership pipeline from early talent to senior successors.
• Manage succession planning, PRS, IDPs, and internal mobility metrics.
• Scale programs US-wide and identify gaps for new initiatives.
