Job summary

ABB is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for US roles within the Process Automation business lines. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies, improve candidate experience, and implement employer branding initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

You will work with the US Talent Acquisition team, shaping recruiting programs and leveraging digital strategies to attract top talent across functions and levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 5+ years’ HR experience in a global org or RPO.
• 5+ years’ full lifecycle recruiting experience, including job briefs, sourcing plans, candidate outreach, offers and close.
• Proven success with diverse recruiting strategies, including digital and social media.
• Strategic mindset with business drivers and Talent Acquisition trends; experience in HUB context.
• Strong end-to-end process thinking and change management experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools to source candidates and manage relationships.
• Ability to network with and influence senior leaders globally; excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for assigned requisitions, advising the business.
• Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to address pipeline and candidate experience issues.
• Update recruitment, sourcing, engagement and employer branding systems.
• Recommend and implement recruitment programs in sourcing, talent attraction and branding.
