Thomson Reuters is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment for our U.S. Go-to-Market teams. You will partner with hiring leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies, engage top talent, and provide market insights to influence decisions.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience across the Go-to-Market portfolio in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Go-to-Market recruiting experience.
• Experience proactively sourcing and engaging talent for professional roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, selection, offer, and close.
• Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, referrals, talent pipelines, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Assess candidates and provide insights and recommendations to hiring teams throughout the selection process.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, using market insights, hiring trends, compensation data, and recruiting metrics.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders on offers and candidate negotiations while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Collaborate across Talent Acquisition to strengthen recruiting practices and talent pipelines.
