Aviva U.S. is building a new specialty insurance business and seeks a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to shape talent strategy with executive leadership.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting for senior roles, build pipelines, and advise on market insights and organizational design. In a high-growth environment, you’ll elevate employer branding, optimize recruitment processes, and partner with cross-functional leaders to enable rapid scale.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in regulated/financial services or insurance.
• Experience recruiting senior leadership and specialized roles.
• Ability to influence executives and shape workforce strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications are a plus.
