Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Pipeline Strategy Manager to lead the enterprise talent strategy and build a proactive, sourcing-led recruitment engine. You will partner with HR, Analytics, and business leaders to design scalable pipelines and channels that align with company goals.

You will serve as a hands-on leader, mentoring two team members, and use AI-driven tools and market data to optimize candidate discovery, screening, and hiring decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelore9s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline programs, or Strategic HR with demonstrated impact.
• Experience with enterprise ATS tools (iCIMS preferred), CRM/sourcing aggregators, and AI-driven search tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational anchor for the new enterprise talent strategy and partner with HR, Analytics, and business leaders.
• Transition recruitment to a proactive, sourcing-led engine and act as a player-coach for the team.
• Develop pipelines and scale channels like Early Career, Veteran engagement, and Frontline sourcing.
• Provide market evidence and insights to guide hiring decisions and KPIs.
• Automate candidate discovery and screening using AI-driven tools and ATS workflows.
