Job summary

Select Source International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a candidate-facing recruiter and strategic talent advisor for our manufacturing and operations teams. You will design sourcing strategies, coach hiring managers, and translate labor market insights into action to improve quality of hire and time to fill.

You will build and maintain pipelines through referrals, job boards, and campaigns; manage ATS workflows; and ensure inclusive, compliant hiring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with advisory to hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to identify scarce skill sets and forward-looking pipelines.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools (Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consultative influencing skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted talent advisor to the business.
• Partner with plant and functional leaders to align hiring to workforce plans.
• Lead intake sessions to define success profiles and timelines.
• Advise on role design, selection methods, and structured interviews.
• Convert labor market data into guidance on location strategy and time to fill.
• Coach managers on inclusive hiring practices and tradeoffs.
• Facilitate debriefs and ensure evidence-based selection.
• Own top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and build pipelines.
• Manage candidate flow through the ATS and ensure timely communications.
• Coordinate structured interview teams and provide guides.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Share market updates and dashboards with stakeholders.
• Test and adopt tools to improve candidate experience.
• Capture candidate feedback to drive improvement.
