Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead high-impact recruitment for major accounts in the U.S. and Canada.

The role drives talent strategy, oversees high-volume hiring, and partners with senior leadership to scale processes while maintaining candidate experience. Located on-site 3 days/week in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Houston or Milwaukee, the leader will build strong executive relationships, implement sourcing strategies and analytics, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct reports and P&L for recruiting operations.
• Expertise in ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and HR technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leaders to develop talent strategies and objectives across multiple markets.
• Lead workforce planning and proactive recruitment for critical roles.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including executive search and high-volume hires.
• Develop scalable processes and reporting to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
