Job summary

CRG is seeking a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Business Partner to serve as a strategic recruiting partner across corporate functions in Charlotte, NC. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering with leaders to build talent strategies and pipelines.

The role offers 1–2 remote days within a Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for corporate or exempt roles.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and overall fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions from intake through offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define role requirements, and align on candidate profiles.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and guide them through the hiring process.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent for current and future needs.
• Source candidates via networking, referrals, social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
• Present qualified candidates promptly and provide insights to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor market trends and talent availability to maintain pipelines.
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview processes, and selection methods.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentation in the ATS to ensure compliance.
