Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with senior G&A searches in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven track record hiring senior and specialized talent across corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People, Operations).
• Strong market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, and confidential search management.
• Ability to translate business goals into concrete hiring plans and candidate experiences for executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized G&A searches across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Advise executive stakeholders on market dynamics, calibration, hiring strategy, and close approaches.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across high-growth tech, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services sectors.
• Develop market maps for priority searches, including competitive talent and referral networks.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect TRM's mission and operating principles.
• Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and adjust strategy in real time.
• Calibrate hiring teams with initial profile slates and structured feedback to drive timely decisions.
