Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Corporate Recruiter - Contract to partner with HR and hiring managers to support staffing strategies and recruitment needs. This role manages requisitions end-to-end, sources active and passive candidates, and influences decision-making with a consultative approach.

The position is 100% remote within 50 miles of a Catalent site, with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to create and drive efficient candidate generation strategies beyond traditional methods

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine staffing strategies and ensure job descriptions are current
• Monitor requisition progress from approval to closure
• Develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness and branding
• Source active candidates through databases, postings, internal lists, and referrals
• Proactively source passive candidates via networking, ads, job fairs, and social media
• Evaluate motivators and influence decisions with a consultative approach
