Job summary

CRG Search is seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter for a 100% remote, full-cycle role serving manufacturing and industrial clients. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and build pipelines while handling 25-30+ requisitions in a high-volume environment.

You’ll focus on skilled-labor positions (70-75%) and professional roles (25-30%), with uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, direct-hire recruiting experience in an RPO, corporate, or embedded environment.
• Proven experience recruiting skilled labor and/or manufacturing talent.
• Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting skills, including engaging passive candidates.
• Experience managing high-volume or recurring hiring needs and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Excellent intake, interviewing, candidate presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recruiting partner and extension of the client's Talent Acquisition team, partnering directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and support hiring needs.
• Lead requisition intake, sourcing strategy, and full-cycle recruiting for approximately 25-30+ openings, primarily focused on skilled-labor positions.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Screen, qualify, present, and prepare candidates while providing consistent communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage positions within the client's ATS, coordinate interviews, present and close offers, and support candidates through their start date.
• Provide recruiting reporting, forecasting, and market insight, while identifying challenges and recommending creative solutions to meet hiring objectives.
• Maintain strong candidate and client relationships while consistently working toward recruiting and performance goals.
