First Onsite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to connect with hiring leaders and candidates, build robust talent pipelines, and move recruitment forward with a professional and welcoming experience.

You will source, screen, interview, and engage candidates while managing multiple searches, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering a positive candidate journey from first contact through hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful recruiting experience across diverse industries.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in social media sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Experienced in full‑cycle sourcing, including passive candidate identification, networking, job analysis, and relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategically source, assess, and recruit top talent to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and create recruiting plans.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies across diverse channels to attract, engage, and retain candidates.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and communicate with selected and non‑selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems and support HR process alignment.
• Build and leverage professional networks and participate in hiring events and career fairs.
• Travel occasionally (10-15%) as required.
