Job summary

Unknown is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function and personally recruit for critical roles. You will manage the Talent Acquisition team, partner with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to drive the organization's hiring strategy and continuously improve processes.

The role emphasizes candidate experience and employer branding, tracking metrics such as Time-to-Fill and Quality of Hire, and representing the company at job fairs and career events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, ATS platforms, and high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview guides.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to develop competitive and equitable offers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Source of Hire.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
