Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full lifecycle recruiting for both non-exempt and exempt roles across the US & Canada. You will craft recruitment strategies, partner with stakeholders, and guide the hiring process from posting to offer in a fast-paced global organization.

The role emphasizes high-volume and niche recruitment, with a focus on candidate experience, employer branding, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 6+ years of recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate settings.
• Strong full-lifecycle recruiting experience and success in filling roles in competitive markets.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, managers and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and consulting skills.
• Ability to act as a consultant and strategist, focusing on long-term talent planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions through full lifecycle including recruitment strategy meetings, job descriptions, posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop long-term talent strategies.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies using data and market insights.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networks, social media, and career fairs.
• Build external relationships with associations, universities and alumni groups.
• Provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience with regular updates.
• Conduct interviews and screenings to assess fit and train hiring managers on recruitment processes.
• Promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
• Negotiate and extend offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal employment laws; use ATS to track pipelines and analyze data.
• Participate in special Talent Acquisition and HR projects.
