UNKNOWN is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Portland. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct screenings, and manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding, while using data to drive decisions and improve processes. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
