Qualifications

• 5-15 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, aerospace, or defense talent.
• Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring.
• Hands-on with Workday ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, Oracle).
• Experience in a large organization (10,000+ employees).

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles.
• Recruit engineering, aerospace, defense, technical, professional, and operational talent.
• Partner with OpCo hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability and compensation benchmarks.
• Track recruiting metrics like requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion.
• Coordinate selection processes and interview scheduling.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and platforms.
