Job summary

MYR Group Inc. in Colorado seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with hiring managers, anticipate staffing needs, and recruit top talent for current and upcoming opportunities.

You will cultivate relationships with candidates and manage ongoing manager partnerships across the organization. As a key member of our Corporate Talent Acquisition Team, you will own full life cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, develop cost-effective sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Minimum 2 years leadership or coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business recruitment needs and build talent pipelines
• Own full life cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, from qualification to offers
• Utilize ATS and maintain interview documentation
• Develop diverse, cost-effective sourcing strategies and partner with marketing for campaigns
• Support employee referral, campus recruiting, and recruitment marketing projects
• Participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects
• Assist in meeting affirmative action and diversity recruitment goals
