Responsibilities

• Screens resumes and interviews candidates by phone or in person
• Administers assessments and reference/background checks
• Delivers and negotiates employment offers for exempt and nonexempt positions
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify candidates
• Manages ATS and candidate activity
• Maintains relationships with clients to achieve staffing goals
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and affirmative action requirements
• Approximately 15% travel as needed
