Job summary

MHP America is seeking an experienced Recruiter to act as a strategic partner to managers and deliver full life cycle recruitment across multiple functions. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, negotiating terms, and building a diverse candidate pipeline.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 4+ years of senior recruiting experience, and strong knowledge of compensation principles, HR policies, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent field of study
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (please list years of experience)
• 4+ years of senior level recruiting experience preferably in a corporate environment
• Previous recruiting experience for Sales, Administrative Support, Marketing roles
• Experience recruiting for a consulting firm is STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Comprehensive understanding of compensation principles, including market benchmarks and negotiation strategies
• Demonstrated track record of managing recruitment processes for multiple requisitions concurrently
• Thorough knowledge of HR policies, programs, best practices, and employment laws

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full life cycle recruiting including job descriptions, posting, sourcing, interviews, and offers
• Network through industry contacts, Internet, associations, and employees to build a strong talent pipeline
• Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with business direction and create reports
• Lead programs to support immediate recruitment targets and future hiring needs
• Build strong relationships with HR Managers, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Evaluate tools and systems for a paperless, scalable recruiting model
• Contribute to sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates
