Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with Hiring Managers and lead full life-cycle recruiting for corporate and operations leaders across the U.S. The role emphasizes proactive pipeline development, coaching managers, and leveraging multi-channel sourcing to secure top talent.

You will manage ATS processes, maintain recruitment data, and build strong relationships with past applicants and potential candidates while aligning with EEO/AA and fair

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in corporate or operations recruiting is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
• Support the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
• Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
• Source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
