Job summary

MKS is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist in the United States (Colorado, Broomfield) to partner with hiring managers and leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization.

You will craft recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, and support the full lifecycle, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in recruiting, and strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with recruiting systems and candidate databases.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, document requirements, and manage requisitions.
• Develop sourcing strategies through channels, advertising and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to support interview and selection processes.
• Coordinate candidate communications and interview logistics throughout the lifecycle.
• Support offers and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with external recruiters, agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
