Job summary

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for direct hire roles across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, advise on market trends, and drive branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional certification in recruitment or HR (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, AIRS) preferred.
• Ongoing professional development in talent acquisition or recruitment analytics is advantageous.
• Experience with employer branding and targeted sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for direct hire roles across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing using job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present shortlists with evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate communications.
• Conduct talent market research to inform salary benchmarks and positioning.
