Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with leadership and build robust recruitment pipelines for corporate and operations roles across the U.S. The role is on-site in Sacramento or St. Louis with compensation in the $90k–$100k range.

You will own recruiting strategies, mentor teams, and creatively source across channels to attract top talent while ensuring alignment with SBM’s goals and client needs. Travel to events may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Role partners with senior leadership to address hiring needs and build pipelines across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team requirements.
• Own the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy for assigned portfolios/industries.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
• Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
• Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
