SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to drive the development and execution of the company’s recruiting strategy. You will partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and deliver effective solutions across executive and leadership openings.

You will oversee recruiting operations, onboarding, employer branding, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract and retain top talent, while mentoring the TA team and aligning hiring with SBM’s

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience building internal and external talent pipelines.
