Job summary

SBM Management Services seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy and execution of company-wide recruiting efforts. You will partner with senior leadership to shape workforce plans, build pipelines, and optimize sourcing, assessment, and onboarding processes.

You will drive executive recruiting for key leadership roles, shape employer branding, and oversee a high-performing TA team to ensure a strong candidate experience in support of long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build internal and external talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition plan aligned with hiring needs and long-term goals.
• Lead executive and leadership recruiting for high-visibility roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate assessment processes to improve time-to-fill.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and succession priorities.
• Oversee employer branding, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Mentor the TA team and drive data-driven process improvements.
