Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the design and execution of the company’s strategic and operational recruiting program in Newark, NJ. You will partner with senior leadership to plan hiring needs and sourcing strategies, while supervising daily recruiting operations and the onboarding experience.

You will design procedures, manage recruitment data and KPI reporting, and build a network of passive and executive-level candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
Experience designing and implementing recruiting strategies.
Ability to partner with senior leadership and hiring managers.
Executive recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of strategic and operational recruiting strategy.
Partner with senior leadership to determine key hiring needs and sourcing approaches.
Oversee daily recruiting department operations and onboarding.
Update and design recruiting procedures to improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and candidate sources.
Manage data on recruitment activities, interviews, hires and KPI data.
Recruit and interview candidates for executive-level roles.
Provide weekly status updates and progress reports to TA team and hiring managers.
Mentor/coaching of team members and travel for recruiting events as needed.
