Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Detroit is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting for corporate and operations leadership across the U.S. This on-site role supports Hiring Managers and senior leadership to align talent strategy with SBM’s business priorities.

You will own the recruiting strategy, develop pipelines, mentor hiring managers on interview best practices, and creatively source candidates through multiple channels. Travel to recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate and operations leadership roles.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define recruiting needs.
• Own corporate/operations recruiting strategy for assigned portfolios.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates to the TA team and hiring managers.
• Source, network, and advertise roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
• Travel to support recruiting events as needed.
