Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with corporate and operations leaders across the U.S. You will build pipelines and address hiring needs through strategic recruiting initiatives.

This role focuses on collaboration with senior leadership, developing candidate networks, and delivering top talent for complex portfolios. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and team evolution.
• Support corporate/operations recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
• Coach managers on interviewing and recruitment best practices.
• Source candidates through multiple channels for active and passive roles.
• Travel to support recruiting events as needed.
