Qualifications

1 year of Human Resources experience.
Associate's degree.
2 years administrative experience in Human Resources.
Travel: 0-10%.
Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may vary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and talent databases.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across key functions and markets.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement while assessing interest and qualifications.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing strategies.
Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and market trends to improve recruiting outcomes.
Develop innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and strengthen the talent brand.
