Job summary

FIS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Lead to strategize and execute recruiting for highly specialized engineering and technology roles. You will partner with engineering leaders to attract top talent across Software Engineering, SRE, Cloud, Platform, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Data.

You will build proactive pipelines, use talent intelligence and analytics to shape hiring strategies, and champion modern sourcing and AI-enabled recruiting practices while ensuring a superb candidate

Qualifications

Proven success recruiting technical talent across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, cybersecurity, data, or related disciplines.
Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and technology stakeholders.
Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability, with a track record of finding difficult-to-reach talent.

Responsibilities

Partner with technology leaders to deliver hiring strategies for critical engineering and technology talent.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized and business-critical technical roles.
Build proactive pipelines of software engineers, SREs, cloud engineers, platform engineers, forward deployed engineers, data professionals, and cybersecurity talent.
Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring strategies.
Leverage sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and talent intelligence tools to identify and engage hard-to-find candidates.
Use data and recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes, velocity, and quality of hire.
Drive exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Champion modern recruiting practices, including AI-enabled recruiting technologies and automation.
Support workforce planning and strategic growth initiatives across the technology organization.
