Job summary

Trustmark Corporation seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruitment, partnering with business stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment plans aligned with company strategies. Level I or II, with responsibilities across sourcing, selection, and candidate engagement.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree and 2+ years in recruiting, plus strong knowledge of compliance and office software.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Recruiter in an HR department including screening, sourcing and hiring.
• Knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessments and job offer negotiations.
• Familiarity with EEOC, OFCCP, Wage and Hour and related federal/state laws.
• Commitment to sourcing and retaining top, diverse talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidential information.
• Level II: 4+ years of recruiting experience; proven metrics in a high-volume setting; knowledge of sourcing, assessments, offers; regulations; proficiency in Office; banking recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process from screening to referral of candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and align talent with business goals.
• Create sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Meet and exceed talent acquisition metrics for the role.
• Improve candidate experience and engagement.
• Represent the company at university and college career events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
