Qualifications

• Proven success recruiting technical talent across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, cybersecurity, data or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and technology stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability with a track record of finding difficult-to-reach talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
• Curiosity about technology and emerging engineering skillsets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology leaders to deliver hiring strategies for critical engineering and technology talent.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized and business-critical technical roles.
• Build proactive pipelines of software engineers, SREs, cloud engineers, platform engineers, forward deployed engineers, data professionals, and cybersecurity talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring strategies.
• Leverage sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and talent intelligence tools to identify and engage hard-to-find candidates.
• Use data and recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes, velocity, and quality of hire.
• Drive exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Champion modern recruiting practices, including AI-enabled recruiting technologies and automation.
• Support workforce planning and strategic growth initiatives across the technology organization.
