Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition support professional to provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition Department and deliver customer service to internal and external customers.

The role involves assisting recruiting projects, posting positions, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, and coordinating with college and high school recruitment programs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
• Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources or High School Diploma or GED
• Travel: up to 25%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule needed

Responsibilities

• Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas
• Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees)
• Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System)
• Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed
• Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
• Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence
• Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
