Job summary

Envision Technology in Manchester, NH seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to shape and execute the company's talent strategy. You will partner with leaders, build external partnerships, and manage complex pipelines to meet mission-critical hiring needs.

This on-site, full-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, data-driven insights, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring compliance with ITAR and federal contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of candidate pipeline tracking and ability to optimize technology for efficiency.
• Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and/or other job boards.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with universities, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with federal contracting and clearance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, selection, and interview plans.
• Develop and execute targeted TA strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide data-driven labor market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Track key TA metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness.
• Deliver a high-quality, transparent candidate experience end-to-end.
• Coach managers on interviewing and decision-making.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with local marketing to create hiring materials.
• Build and manage relationships with universities, schools, veteran organizations, agencies, and communities.
• Develop campus recruiting strategies, career fairs, internships, fellowships.
• Represent the company to strengthen brand and attract diverse talent.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, clearance requirements, and internal policies.
