Job summary

Visual Edge IT is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. You will source, attract, and hire top talent across multiple departments and regions, partnering with hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will manage requisitions, build employer brand initiatives, and contribute to developing recruiting playbooks and best practices to strengthen our talent

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/in-house recruiting preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Ability to source passive candidates across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Source talent using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and outreach tools.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
