Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience across professional and executive levels.
• Excellent sourcing from job boards, networks and candidate databases.
• Strong interviewing and behavioral assessment skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate compensation and close candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding and orientation.
• Develop and post compelling job ads across boards and social platforms.
• Source candidates proactively and conduct interviews for professional roles.
• Screen, qualify and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Assist in salary negotiations and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
