Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience with HCM solutions.
• Experience with SaaS HR technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into HCM requirements.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and plan HR Technology projects with partners.
• Maintain roadmap and manage release processes for features.
• Audit configurations; troubleshoot issues; identify root causes.
• Provide technical guidance and develop training materials.
• Ensure data integrity in HCM systems across workstreams.
• Lead projects spanning multiple workstreams.
