Qualifikationen

• Four years of HR experience, including consulting with leaders on human resource strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.

• Build relationships with leaders to clarify strategy, manage talent, and deliver HR initiatives.
• Serve as functional HR expert and strategic partner to the business area, including succession planning.
