Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for mid- to senior-level Operations roles.
• Ability to develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including intake, strategy, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and pre-hire activities.
• Consult with hiring leaders to understand needs, requirements, and market conditions.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, platforms and referrals.
• Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Advise leaders on recruiting strategy, compensation considerations, and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, HR, and stakeholders.
• Communicate employee value proposition and opportunities to attract high-quality talent.
• Deliver a professional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
• Embed DEI principles in all recruiting activities.
• Manage multiple requisitions with high attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with employees and leaders at all levels, including executives.
• Stay current on company programs, compensation practices, and talent strategies.
