You will advise leaders, partner with HR centers of excellence, and drive leadership development and succession planning across the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Four years of HR experience, including leadership consulting on HR strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge across organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive organization and business area HR strategy alignment with leaders.
• Advise leadership on HR functions, processes, and programs.
• Serve as HR expert, advocate, and partner to business areas.
• Develop leadership coaching and succession planning for key talent.
• Ensure talent identification and development within the business area.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure an effective workforce strategy.
