Qualifications

• Four years of HR experience, including two years consulting with leaders on human resource strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, performance management and federal/state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR and business area strategy alignment with leaders and deliver supporting HR strategies.
• Serve as HR expert, client advocate, talent advisor and partner to the business areas; improve organization design and workforce planning.
• Work with HR Generalists to infuse employee insights into organizational strategies.
• Devise leadership development and coaching opportunities for business area leadership team needs.
• Identify, assess and develop key talent; develop and assess succession pipeline strategy planning.
• Act as HR Generalist for the business area leader's direct reports.
